Rise Again | Online Group Healing English
This special online group healing is dedicated to rising again after a difficult or challenging period and creating space for new energy.
Sometimes, even though something has passed, we still carry its energetic charge with us. Old stories, emotions, disappointments, and experiences can keep us connected to what has been and cause certain emotional responses to be activated again and again.
During Rise Again, we will work together with letting go, energetic clearing, and bringing our energy back into the here and now, creating space for what is ready to emerge next.
This healing was born from something that is very personal and very present in my own life right now.
Due to the recent fire in IQ Wellness, where my practice is, and especially the devastating damage caused by the toxic smoke, my beautiful practice space has been declared a total loss. So much of what I lovingly created there has been lost. My belongings, my beautiful hand-painted wall art, and especially the warm and loving energy of the sacred space I have created there over the years.
And of course, no amount of money can replace the true value of that. Still, above all, we are incredibly grateful that the damage was somewhat contained. We could have lost so much more.
I also feel very strongly that the only way forward is complete renewal. A new beginning. Rise Again.
The insurance will cover part of the renovation and damage, but the reality is that rebuilding a space like this costs much more.
Not everything is replaced with something new… damaged belongings are often only reimbursed at their current value, and over the coming months I will also need to make space in my schedule to rebuild everything.
I don't simply want to ask for donations.
What I would much rather do is create something where we can support each other.
By joining this healing, you are literally helping me to let my practice rise again, while at the same time we come together for something that can be deeply relatable to all of us: those moments when life breaks something down, changes something, or asks us to let go of what was.
