M.O.M. – Magic of Meditation
A 21-Day Journey into Inner Peace
Peace begins within.
When we quiet the "monkey mind," the world around us becomes quieter.
When we do this together, we breathe space into the collective consciousness.
This is more than a meditation series; it is a Movement for Peace.
Why this journey?
I see so many people struggling to change on their own.
We make plans, we set intentions, but our biology often works against us.
If you are constantly stressed or overwhelmed, your brain is stuck in "survival mode."
Your amygdala (the alarm system) is overactive, causing anxiety and procrastination, while your prefrontal cortex (the seat of clarity and higher consciousness) is offline.
Meditation is the tool to rewire this circuitry.
It calms the alarm, activates your focus, and allows you to shift from reaction to intention.
The Journey: March 7th – March 27th
For 21 days, we will work together to strengthen your mental foundation.
For those of you participating in the Dutch Bloom into Being group course starting on 29th March M.O.M serves as the perfect "clearing of the site" before we start, so you are invited to join the meditation journey for free.
What everyone joining M.O.M will receive:
• Daily Guidance: One meditation per day, delivered directly to you via a dedicated WhatsApp group.
• Global Wisdom: I share powerful meditations from various teachers and guides, so not only from myself.
• Language: The primary language is English (supporting our international community), with Dutch meditation alternatives available on some days for those who prefer their native tongue.
• Mini meditation options: On days when life is overwhelming, I provide a list of various mini meditations from 3 to 15 mins. So you can at least do “a” meditation a day. I do highly recommend you PLAN an hour free for yourself daily. Even though not all meditations take 1 hour, they are between 20 and 60 mins! (but still plan that hour free for yourself. Just 1!)
Requirements for Participation:
• Commitment: You are willing to prioritize 1 hour a day for yourself.
• Presence: You are ready to be part of a supportive WhatsApp group for accountability.
• Intent: You are ready to stop running on autopilot and start designing your life from a place of peace.
